Terms of use
These terms cover the public website (www.gethyperflow.io) and the HyperFlow private beta. By signing up for the waitlist or using the app you agree to these terms.
Who we are
HyperFlow is a Dutch project, run from Amsterdam. Contact: hello@gethyperflow.io. There is no separate legal entity yet — the maintainer is the data controller for GDPR purposes.
What HyperFlow is
A macOS app that watches your local activity (via ActivityWatch) and prepares calendar blocks for your review. It is currently in private beta, capped at 100 users. The app is provided AS IS — see the no-warranties section below.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. We send one confirmation email and, when a slot opens, one invitation email with a download link. We will not send you a newsletter, drip campaign, marketing offer, or anything else without your explicit additional opt-in.
The beta
The HyperFlow app is provided AS IS. It may have bugs, edge cases and rough edges. You are using it at your own risk for non-critical workflows.
You bring your own Anthropic API key. We do not pay for your classifications, do not see them, and do not store them.
We may revoke beta access if you abuse the system, attempt to extract proprietary code, share invites without consent, or otherwise act in bad faith. We will tell you why.
Acceptable use
Don't sign up email addresses you don't own. Don't reverse-engineer the app to clone it. Don't use it for unlawful tracking of others — for example, hidden installation on someone else's machine.
No warranties · limitation of liability
The website and the beta are provided AS IS, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the amount you paid us — which during the private beta is zero.
Intellectual property
HyperFlow's name, branding and source code remain ours. Your data — and any data the app produces locally on your Mac — remains yours. We claim no rights to the time blocks, calendar events, or other artefacts the app produces.
Termination
You can unsubscribe and uninstall at any time, no questions asked. We can revoke beta access for the reasons listed above, and we'll explain why in writing.
Changes
If we change these terms in any material way we'll let you know. Continuing to use the site or app after changes means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
